Architecture
A soft, sunlit apartment story built around textured layers, calm materials, and a carefully edited neutral palette.
We woke reasonably late following the feast and free flowing wine the night before. After gathering ourselves and our packs, we headed down to our homestay family's small dining room for breakfast.
Refreshing walls, woven textiles, and low-profile furniture create an apartment that feels both restful and full of character. The spaces work because every room repeats the same visual language: natural wood, pale fabrics, and a few strong sculptural accents.
The living zone uses framed monochrome prints, a large area rug, and layered lighting to soften hard edges. In the bedroom, geometric bedding and warm bedside lamps make the room feel polished without becoming overly formal.
If you have it, you can make anything look good. The lesson here is not to buy more. It is to choose fewer pieces that carry more visual weight and let breathing space do part of the design work.

Love how soft and editorial this layout feels. The layered textures really sell the look.

The neutral palette is the best part for me too.
Would be great to see the full shopping list for the bedroom styling.
